Rivers Edge was created to make getting around the area a much easier and more fun process. Our staff will always make sure to inspect your rental for any defects before it leaves the store, and while you are in our carts we will be available to help with any questions or concerns for the entire duration of your rental. 

Privacy Policy

To guarantee secure online reservations, our booking platform is powered by Fare harbor. This is done to protect your contact information and your payment methods. You can also come into the store and rent them as well. 

Georgia law requires a valid driver's license and insurance to rent a motor vehicle and operate the vehicle on roads. The cart operator will also be subject to the state driving laws with no exceptions such as DUI, open container, speeding, etc.

Deposit and Refund

1. We do require a credit card on file for all rental arrangements to ensure our products are taken care of for the next renter. The only charges to your card will be clearly stated during booking, you will not be charged any extra fees unless the rental or rentals are returned in a different condition than received. 

This includes:

A. $50 charge if it returned uncharged.

B. 50 charge if returned without fuel.

C. Your rental is free of trash and waste.

D. There is no exterior damage caused by the renter.

E. There are no mechanical problems caused by the renter.

2. Customers will always receive a full refund or equal credit within 48 hours' notice of cancellation by phone or online. 

3 Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Customers will have the chance to swap out another of the same seat cart if are any mechanical issues from our end.

5. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
